Tenzan Shuzo

A husband and wife team from a flour and noodles business bought a brewery that was on the verge of collapse in 1875. This led to Tenzan Brewing Company's creation in 1875. As of right now, the sixth-generation president, Kensuke Shichida, continually challenges the company to keep up with the current sake trend. As a result, they have always focused on maximizing the quality of their sake by using the natural resources of Ogi city. Shichida's leadership in Japan - as well as internationally - is noteworthy, and their close collaboration with the brewing community is always exciting.
