Boston Sour
with “Hakutake Shiro” Rice shochu 

Boston Sour with “Hakutake Shiro” Rice shochu

 This is a “Boston Sour” cocktail arranged with “Hakutake Shiro” rice shochu. It has a fluffy mouthfeel from an egg white, dryness from rice shochu, and a good balance between sourness and sweetness: Recommend alongside dried fruit or cheese. 

Hakutake Shiro” rice shochu 60 ml 

Lemon juice 20 ml 

Syrup 15 ml 

An egg white approx. 30 ml (from 1 egg) 

Garnish with dried fruit 

 

Put all ingredients into a shaker and shake well. Add ice and give it another shake. Pour into a glass. 

 

 

Cosmopolitan
with " Hakutake Shiro" Rice Shochu

Cosmopolitan with " Hakutake Shiro" Rice Shochu

The "Cosmopolitan" cocktail became famous worldwide from "Sex and the City". Here we arranged Cosmopolitan with rice shochu "Hakutake Shiro." It's perfectly balanced with rice shochu as a cocktail base, elegant sweetness from "umeshu" plum liqueur and sourness from cranberry juice. Looks gorgeous and is perfect for parties! 

Hakutake Shiro” rice shochu 40ml 

Umeshu Plum liqueur 30ml 

Cranberry juice 30ml 

Lime Juice 10ml 

Syrup 5ml 

Orange peel (Garnish) 

 

 

Ginrei Shiro” Rice Shochu and Tonic

 

“Ginrei Shiro” Rice Shochu and Tonic

“Gin and tonic,” a cocktail that everyone loves, has been arranged with “Ginrei Shiro” rice shochu. Featuring its Ginjo-sake aroma, this cocktail was made even more refreshing by adding shiso and Japanese pepper. Its beautiful colour and spicy Japanese pepper make it stand out. Delicious alongside any meal. Please try it with not only Japanese foods but also pizza or tacos!

 

Ginrei Shiro” rice shochu 45 ml

・1-2 leaves of Shiso

・1 pinch of salt

・Add tonic water

・Add Japanese pepper

 

Put Ginrei Shiro, shiso, and salt in a blender and strain into a glass filled with ice. Add tonic water and sprinkle Japanese pepper.

 

 

Mojito
with a “Hakutake Shiro” Rice Shochu

Mojito with a “Hakutake Shiro” Rice Shochu

Summer standard cocktail “Mojito” infused with “Hakutake Shiro” rice shochu became a Japanese-style cocktail. It has a refreshing, clear taste—one that has a refreshing mint flavour and a hint of yuzu from the sake based Yuzu liqueur.

 

Hakutake Shiro rice shochu 45 ml

Yuzu Liqueur liqueur 10 ml

・Lime juice 20 ml

・Syrup 10 ml

・Fresh lime cut into 1/6 2 wedges

・Add fresh mint leaves

・Ice

・Garnish with mint leaves (if desired).

 

Lightly crush fresh mint and lime in the glass. Add ice and pour all ingredients.

 

 

Ginrei Shiro“ Rice Shochu Shiso Smash

“Ginrei Shiro“ Rice Shochu Shiso Smash

A “Gin basil smash,” the popular summer cocktail, has been arranged in a Japanese style using Japanese shiso and “Ginrei Shiro” rice shochu—beautiful greens and refreshing flavors are good for summer!

 

Ginrei Shiro rice shochu 45 ml

・Lemon juice 30 ml

・5 leaves of shiso

・Syrup 10 ml

 

Put all ingredients in a blender, then strain into a large glass with a large ice cube.

Decorate with shiso leaves.

 

 

Bloody Mary
with “Kinjo Shiro” Rice Shochu

Bloody Mary with “Kinjo Shiro” Rice Shochu

We arranged this popular home cocktail, a “Bloody Mary,” with “Kinjo Shiro” rice shochu, aged in 3 kinds of barrels—American white oak, sherry, and cognac. Its barrel and rice aroma make the flavor of the cocktail even richer.

 

Kinjo Shiro rice shochu 45 ml

・Tomato juice 90 ml

・Lemon juice 1 tsp

・Worcester sauce 4 dashes

・Tabasco 5 dashes

・Add black pepper

・Garnish with salt
